Lovely place with genial staff who go out of their way to give one a pleasant shoppping experience

I can only one give them one star owing to my recent experience there. This used to be a good place for grooming. They had experienced staff who would care well for your pup. However this time i dropped off my dog there for grooming since i had to rush home for some errands and also because i trusted them. They never called back after the grooming and when i called them after an hour or so, thats when they informed that the service is done. When i reached there, they said while cutting the nails, she moved and the cut was deep and there was bleeding; however they said it had stopped and there are no issues. After i brought her home, i saw that the bleeding had not stopped even after several hours . I rushed her to the vet and he applied some antiseptic powder which stopped the bleeding. He also said if the groomers had applied it then and there the bleeding would have stopped immediately Please be careful while dropping off ur pets alone at their grooming parlour This may have been an isolated incident but surely it left me traumatic FOLLOW UP POST. The store manager was very apologetic and called me multiple times to check on my pup. The store has assured that all grooming will be supervised by the head groomer hereon. The gesture is appreciated and i do hope that such incidents do not get repeated

The store is pretty good, with a wide variety of things you can find for your pets. The layout is also well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. However, the staff could be more attentive to customers and provide better assistance. Overall, the store has great potential and could be a top-notch place with some improvements.

Very good experience. The pet grooming store provided excellent service, attentive staff, and a clean environment. The receptionist was super friendly and made the check-in process smooth. My pet was treated gently and left looking healthy and happy. The pet manager was on top of things, ensuring everything went like clockwork. The groomers were patient, skilled, and seemed to genuinely love animals, which put me at ease. Highly recommended.

I recently took my cat for her very first grooming session, and I must say the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff handled her with so much care and gentleness, making her feel comfortable throughout. They were patient, professional, and very attentive to every detail. The grooming itself was done beautifully .. my cat looked so clean, neat, and happy afterward! I truly appreciate the way they ensured her comfort and safety while also delivering such great results. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their service. It was an extraordinary experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to all pet parents who want their furry friends to be pampered and well taken care of! 🐾💖
