Travelling from Bangalore, searching for a pet boarding in Cochin, I bumped into TailCasa pet boarding, which was the most convenient and a comfortable place for my Shihtzu. The team here is very friendly, adjusting and takes good care of the pets. They have maintained the place very well, it is neat and clean. As I was travelling to and from Cochin , my picking and dropping times were late night and early morning. They were so adjusting in all this. Thank you Unni and team for taking good care of Max. Now I’ve a place in Cochin for my Max to board, without any worries.

The place is very neat and clean. I dropped off my dog there for three days and he was very clean with no smell at all unlike the other boarding places.

I've only left my dearie at Tail Casa and am already thoroughly satisfied. I hope to wait and hear what my Murphy has to say, when I pick her up 2 days later. Tail Casa seems appealing and beyond satisfactory, not because it is a new facility but because the host know their business, being genuine pet lovers themselves. Edit (26/12/2025) Tail Casa is the ideal place for your pet's staycation, period. Extremely glad to see my dearie calm & relaxing. I'd be disappointed if my pet caused trouble to her host. We boarded our Rocky & Jacky here for the first time and were extremely 😀happy with the care they received. The staff treated them like their own and kept us updated with photos and short messages. Both came back relaxed and happy. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our Spark, an Indian Spitz, is quite choosy when it comes to new places and people, so leaving him at a boarding after many years made us a little anxious. However, from the very first day at Tail Casa, all our worries disappeared. Spark got attached to the caregivers instantly and looked genuinely happy, which meant everything to us. They took excellent care of him and treated him with so much love and attention. The pick-up and drop timings were very flexible and adjusted according to our convenience, which was a big relief. His room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. It had been years since we had trusted any boarding, but Tail Casa truly made us feel confident and at ease. Seeing Spark happy, relaxed, and well cared for was the biggest assurance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, loving, and reliable place for their pets. 🐾❤️
