I strongly advise against bringing your pets here for grooming. My experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The staff handled my cat with carelessness, and upon returning home, I discovered blood clots in his ears. Their approach seemed unprofessional and lacked compassion for the animals, they have no genuine care for the pets. If you value your pet’s well-being, I recommend looking elsewhere for grooming services. I wish I could have taken pictures of the blood clots, but they weren’t visible on camera due to my cat’s black fur.

Absolutely pawsome experience! Pet Carnival did an incredible job with my furry friend's grooming session. The attention to detail, care, and professionalism were top-notch. My dog looked and felt amazing after the session! Highly recommend to all pet owners out there.

I had/ still have a great experience with Pets carnival. One of the best places in Kochi where I could actually find to be pets being loved and cared for. I got 2 conures from Linson @Pets carnival and Ive got all support that I needed from feeding them to answering all my dumb questions at all times. And they do lodge birds if we are travelling which is again a boon. I would definitely recommend Pets carnival for those who wish to own healthy pets. ❤️❤️

You won't notice the pet shop instantly. I noticed it cos of Google Maps. When entered I thought it was just accessory shop and I asked for a particular kennel food. It was not available there, but they immediately called their warehouse and within 15mins I got it. While I was waiting, I noticed that they had a good collection of exotic lizards and birds. The guy there, sorry I forgot his name, I think he is the owner, helped me with my doubts related to these birds and lizards. If they have a better display, they might get more customers. If you are interested in exotic pets, you should visit this place.

The best pet shop around owned by knowledgeable and lovely people. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to help you get the products you need. I have been shopping with pets carnival for couple of years now. The facility is very clean and the animals look healthy and happy. They have got a very good collection of exotic reptiles and birds.
