Extremely bad and I will never recommend this vet hospital. I had taken two stray kittens who was badly sick and were initially treated in a private hospital. The kittens had to be treated for next 5 days by UC fluid and antibiotics. We took them to this Edapally vet hospital for the same. The so called doctor named SumaLatha asked why we had to bring them there for the treatment. Later she refused to give them the medications and kept giving all sort of excuses and that too in a very rude manner. As a vet doctor she didn’t have a bit of compassion and courtesy and i wonder how she got to become a doctor, ( just to have a name that she’s a govt employee and enjoy the benefits) she even said she doesn’t know how to give medicines through canula. So how then these people are certified as doctors? U humbly insist the Govt officials should take strict action on this matter. Even pets are life! They don’t deserved to be treated cruelly and that to by people who are supposed to be saving them.

Infrastructure is at the lowest but the doctors are very experienced and helpful.

The doctor or the others don't how to take care of cat's specifically very neglectful towards cat's, they ignored our presence treated a dog which came way later than us.

The hospital was initially started to medicate household pets , then later on they are giving their services for your beloved pet dogs & cats too , the staff is good but the doctor's behaviour was not much favourable to us

I had a very bad experince, consulted the Dr for my 6 months old kitten, as it was not taking food for last 2 days. the Dr (Preethi V) diagnosed the kitten, said she will give some medicines. She put 4 to 5 injections in a single stretch, seeing this i told her as the kitten is weak, as no food for last 2 days. She said she is giving Glucose injection along with so no worries. While returning home itself, the small kitten started behaving irregular as making worse sound. Not sure what else the Dr had injected it, reaching home, the kitten, behaves abnormal. Within an hour the kitten died. Better, i should have treated it well, thought the Dr will save that poor animal, but she simply killed it, with no regrets! Not sure how this Dr, have reached this position, without knowing the basic procedures. Really felt ashame of this bureaucracy! Not at all recommended to others, please never choose this hospital, for any reasons, as sure you will also loose your pet one day. Feeling so disappointed !!
