I visited Furrbyys for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and communicated well throughout the process. The services are reasonably priced for the quality provided. I have previously taken my pet to other grooming studios, but I found Furrbyys to be more professional and affectionate towards pets. They do have pick-up & drop facility also, which was helpful. Overall, I am highly satisfied with their service.

I had an amazing experience at Furrbyys. My Maltipoo, Marco, was groomed so beautifully .he looked absolutely adorable and smelled wonderful after the session. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, and they treated Marco like their own. My marco was so comfortable and happy throughout. The place was super clean and well-maintained too. I’m so impressed with their service and care. Definitely my go-to grooming spot from now on! Highly recommend to all pet parents. 🐾

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Labrador, Bella, with them, and the experience was exceptional. The staff is super friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. Bella looked and felt like a queen after her grooming session - the attention to detail and care shown by the groomers was impressive. The boarding facility is like a 5-star hotel for dogs! Bella was treated like family, and I received daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me immense peace of mind. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about pets. I also loved how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Dropped in at Furrbyys earlier in the day today and was pleasantly surprised to find that there's a new standard for pet grooming services in Kochi. Located at Edapally, right opposite Grand mall, the facility is spread over two floors and offers grooming and boarding services for pets. You walk in through the doorway that says “welcome” in Korean and in English and the stark difference from the other grooming centres strikes you – everything is spic and span, well-lit and neatly laid out. The in-house Persian cat duo of Meow and Jaggu will probably welcome you at the door. The highlight of the décor is the centrally-placed natural tree with artificial leaves that serves as a canopy for the seating area next to the grooming spaces, marked as “Bubble Bath & Spa” and “Grooming & Styling”. All cubicles are clearly visible to the pet-parents, which is always a plus and in contrast to certain other places where the grooming happens behind opaque barriers. Grooming rates match what is being charged at every other pet salon, so no surprises there. There is also a wide variety of pet food, accessories, a selection of pet-carrying bags and litterboxes as well as a small selection of adorable pet outfits and eye wear. The highlight of Furrbyys is undoubtedly their boarding services, which goes above and beyond from just providing a place to drop off pets for a weekend/hospital emergency/planned travel. Get off the lift at the first floor, and you enter the boarding facility through a door which reads Feline Residency. This opens to the climate-controlled facility for cats, where as many as 24 cats can be housed in neatly maintained, spacious plywood enclosures with glass doors. There is one common video camera for this location. Walk through the room to open another door at the right and you enter the Canine Residency, which can house 22 dogs. Apart from climate-control, each of the enclosures get their own 360-degree rotatable cameras that the pet-parent has access to. The enclosures for both cats and dogs are designed so as to ensure that they do not see their neighbour, which can be a boon for anxious inmates. Add pet-friendly lounge music and the fact that the pet-parents can talk through these cameras to their fur babies, this seems like a no-brainer choice for pet lodging. Furrbyys - short for Fur babies - was started a year ago by two entrepreneurs Ajay and Dr. Jithin in their hometown of Kannur. The Edapally store is the second outlet of Furrbyys in Kerala and their first in Kochi. Both of them are pet lovers and have a hands-on style of managing the franchise. The facility is clearly miles ahead in terms of the expertise displayed by the groomers, the selection of pet food and the unmatched boarding facilities. There’s also a waiting lounge featuring a seven-seater sofa and a large flat screen TV but I feel most pet parents would prefer to spend time playing with the in-house cat duo, who are affectionate to a fault. The parking lot can hold six cars at a time, and they also have home delivery for food within 10kms/Porter facility for other locations. A pick-up & drop facility is also available on request, serviced by a pink-coloured pet ambulance. Furrbyys aims to be the de-facto choice for pet grooming and lodging in Kochi - the next time your fur baby needs a pampering session, give these guys a try and see the difference for yourself!!
