Attitude of the lady wasnt nice I was not sure if she is doc or staff any way she has been not a positive towards the customers or clients. She has been staring us even we have looked a dog in treatment. The dog was wounded and obviously we will loom she was like you got what you wanted and why dont you leave it. It took 5 secs of us after we buy a medicine from this shop + clinic

I had a terrible experience here.. I specifically asked for a dematting service for my dog, but instead they shaved him completely without consulting me. When I asked them about this they started arguing that dematting was not possible on him (should have said so earlier!) Moreover their prices are really expensive for the poor service they provide. I would expect much better professionalism for the price they charge.

Thank you for the care taken for my cat. The staff is very cooperative and also professional. They took extra care of my cat since she was sensitive to particular things. They handled her very carefully without hurting her.Had a great experience at PHM VETERINARY CLINIC when i took my pet at the veterans. The staff is co-operative and they treat animals with utmost care. Also the facility is clean and well-organized.Very Good staff! Prompt and precise service available! Receptionist is also very cooperative 🙌 Highly and perfectly recommend.

I won't give a star if I have option . My pet dog is hurt badly cause of them they don't know how to treat puppies I sent my puppy there for grooming and they literally scratched him with drimmer and now he has stiches on multiple places plsss if you love your pet sent them to a good hospital

They're a very kind team. I came with a 2 month puppy streatie who had multiple fractures and a tick and worm infestation. They treated her with a lot of care and even offered to help her get adopted. The team - Nihal , Dr. George, nurse Aarathy and admin Umakant are all good people. They genuinely want to help.
