We bought a kitten from this pet shop around 11 months ago. Within just 3 days of bringing him home, he started having bloody stools. We immediately informed the shop, and they simply said it was a deworming issue and asked us to consult a vet. We did so, completed the deworming and gave proper care, but the symptoms kept recurring—bloody stools, occasional vomiting, and diarrhea. We followed all veterinary advice, including multiple blood tests, food changes, and even fluid therapy. Unfortunately, the condition only improved temporarily. After further investigation, our vet diagnosed early-stage kidney issues, which are highly unusual in such a young kitten and may indicate a genetic or congenital issue. Our vet even mentioned that such problems usually occur only in cats aged 4 years or older. Despite informing the shop multiple times about our cat's continuing health issues, there was no follow-up or sense of responsibility from their side. This has not only been financially and physically draining, but emotionally distressing as well. When you bring a pet into your life, they become family—and watching them suffer due to possible underlying health issues from birth is truly heartbreaking. We do not recommend this pet shop based on our experience. We urge them to ensure they are providing healthy, well-cared-for animals and to take some accountability when genuine concerns are raised by pet owners.

Always my favourite pet shop, have a long term relationship with them . Never ever had disappointed me . Highly recommended.

All my fish died after adding 2 platys from this shop. My 10 cardinal tetras, 2 emperor tetra, 6 rummy nose tetra and other platys in the tank died. Shop itself is unhygienic and the guy is uninterested in selling. Many fish tanks where dirty there. I regret buying fish from there. Hope my comment helps someone else to avoid this place. All were other fish were of high quality purchased from a good shop, where I spent more than 1000 for the fish. More than money we were all attached to our fish and our tank was beautiful to see. To the owner: if you can't maintain hygiene and keeps selling sick fish, you won't survive long in the market. Nb : I hate your store.
