We have given our dog (BRUNO)to him and also paid the entire money …. at the time of bording when we came pick our dog from the kennel he has still not refunded the money nor picking calls Be careful ….. I am really disappointed… They cheat people with out paying them back. Be careful.
Special thanks to Ashwin and priya, who took good care of my dog who is very noisy all time if tied or caged . They are running the boarding on rental house and is shifting to mulanthuruthy. They tried their best to look after my Dalmatian who is little upset if I am not around him. Other than boarding they have quality puppies for sale, they deliver any were with care and responsibility.
I transported my dog from Chennai to Kochi after i got a transfer from work. This guy named Ashin said he would take only less than 10k, but he eventually took 2k as advance and 8k later from me. Since i was only cared about my dog's safety, i gave him the whole amount. My dog reached their kennel in Kochi the next day after they picked him up. But I had to wait 4 days to have my dog back at home. Ashin kept making lame and senseless excuses for not bringing my dog home on time. I was scared for my dog. Please don't rely on these people. Priya, Ashin's wife also sounded very disinterested and incompetitive whenever I called to the kennel to check on my dog. I asked if they could video call to see how my dog is doing. But they didn't do it either. Ashin was rude while talking to me too. Please consider other places if you're looking for pet services.
As per contacted and committed to do vaccination properly and given to them advance payment.. From march 1 st week still they have not responding properly and not done..
They are not professional we gave our Persian female cat for breading but very next day they said that’ our cat ran away from their place , we are very upset with them and they are not serious about the issue , I gave them 7 days for finding my cat then after, they are not picking my call and I registered a police complaint at Mulathuruthi Police station. 7 days after they informed that’ our cat had come back to their place and I went and picked my cat from their place. Seriously my cat starved for 15 days, lost weight found tick and flee on my cat . They gave me back without any treatment ..I didn’t like Ashwin's behaving ,I found very bad experience ..
