Great place with great doctors. We have been having amazing experience so far. All doctors are very caring and tries their maximum to make the pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease. Hoping that they would expand and include admission facilities as well. Also. A big thumbs-up to the other staff members.❤️😊

Very disappointing experience. It feels more like a business than a place that truly cares for animals. Treatments and medicines were given without proper explanation or consent, and the bill crossed 6000 for something that would cost much less at a good clinic. Lack of transparency and unnecessary charges. Not recommended for pet owners who want honest and ethical care.

I had taken my cat to be spayed . The service was Excellent from the time I contacted them about the procedure until my cat was discharged. . “It was an amazing experience from the front desk to the assistant staff. The doctors were extremely helpful—very patient and answered all of my questions. Charges were reasonable.. Thank you for the excellent service.”

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from my heart. My 2-year-old Lhasa Apso was suffering from severe skin issues for months, and it was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever gone through as a pet parent. It started with redness and small patches on his skin, but soon his whole body was covered with white, powder-like flakes, redness and losing his hair.His paws were swollen with pus — so bad that he couldn’t even walk. Every time he tried to take a step, blood would come out and he would cry in pain. His eyes were swollen, he smelled terrible because of the infection, and he just wasn’t the happy little dog he used to be. I took him to three different hospitals before, and all the doctors said the same thing — that this was something he’d have to live with forever and that he’d need lifelong medication. We tried everything — 4 injections every week, countless medicines but nothing helped. Watching him suffer every day broke me completely. Then one of my neighbour suggested Pet Trust Veterinary Clinic, and honestly, that’s when everything changed. Dr. Kapoor was the first doctor who truly listened, understood my dog’s condition, and treated him with so much love and patience. He was so gentle with him, and within just 2–3 months, I started seeing a huge change. The redness was gone, his paws healed completely, his eyes looked bright again, and that awful smell disappeared. Today, my baby is healthy, active, and back to being his cheerful, playful self. I can’t thank Dr. Kapoor and the entire team at Pet Trust enough. They didn’t just treat my dog — they gave him his life back, and they gave me my peace of mind again. I’ll always be grateful to them for their kindness, patience, and genuine care. ❤️🐶
