Made an order of harness @ 3.20pm. As I specifically requested it is an urgent order, received the same @ 3.45pm. I was surprised to see it. Again I order a leash as an addition at the time of delivery, they went and take it and delivered within half an hour. Thats dedication.That's what passion for what you do looks like. Today we had a grooming session at Roms & Raks for one of my Persian cats. The grooming area was neat and clean, and the haircut was carefully done by Mr. Sharath. Everything was done exactly as discussed with us, and the whole process felt very professional and comfortable. They also have a wide range of pet products available, which made for a really nice shopping experience Overall satisfied and Happy with the service
Yesterday I took my puppy Ivo baby to Roms N Raks Pet Grooming, Kannur for grooming, and it was a wonderful experience. The shop is very neat, clean, and comfortable. Sharath took care of my baby with so much love and patience, just like handling a small child. He gently bathed, washed, and trimmed his hair, and my puppy was very calm and comfortable throughout.
