Jazzy's Pet Care - Home boarding for your darling dogs

I am writing this review to warn other pet parents and to strongly condemn the inhumane treatment we witnessed at this dog daycare. My brother’s dog was left here in good faith, trusting that the staff would care for him with basic decency. Instead, I personally witnessed a daycare employee kicking our dog. This was not an accident or rough play—it was deliberate and cruel. I have attached a video proof of this incident along with this review so others can see the reality for themselves. What is equally disturbing is the response from the management. There was no genuine apology, no accountability, and no sense of remorse. Rather than treating this as a serious issue involving animal abuse, the situation was handled casually and dismissively. That speaks volumes about the culture and standards of this establishment. Pets are not objects—they are family. Any place that allows or tolerates this kind of behavior does not deserve your trust or your business. If this is what happens when someone is watching, one can only imagine what happens when no one is around. I strongly urge pet owners to think twice before leaving their dogs here. There are many daycares that truly care about animals—this is clearly not one of them. Animal abuse should never be ignored or normalized. This review is posted so other pets don’t have to suffer the same experience.

Toffee’s Second Home 🐾 Toffee was just a year and a half old when we first boarded him at Jazzy’s Pet Care — and it felt less like boarding, and more like gently leaving him with family. The love and warmth showered on him by everyone at Jazzy’s helped him settle in instantly — not just with the humans, but with the other pets too. It’s truly heartwarming to see how naturally he began socializing, learning to share space and affection without boundaries. Jazzy’s isn’t just a boarding centre — it’s a safe, joyful space where pets learn to live harmoniously, shaping their social behaviour in subtle but beautiful ways. One of the biggest comforts for us, as pet parents, is the constant stream of photo and video updates sent throughout the day — unprompted, and always full of Toffee’s happy moments. It’s something that brought us immense peace while we were away. A heartfelt thank you to Veena, Suma, and Ganesh sir for the homely care, patience, and individual attention they give each and every furry guest. With them, your pet is not just in safe hands — but in loving ones. We wouldn’t think twice before sending Toffee back to Jazzy’s — it’s truly his second home.

Jazzy's is my pet Gundumani's second home. When I leave her at Jazzy's I know Veena Ma'am and Ganesh Sir will treat her like their own. She is loved and cared there and it's one of the best place for dogs to socialize in a leash free environment. Over the time Gundumani has made lot of friends there and she is always eager to visit Jazzy's. Thankyou Veena Ma'am, Ganesh Sir and Suma Akka for loving our Gundumani like your family.

Homely place for our Goldie, Bella. She loves to stay there without a fuss. The family is very caring for the pets they board.

We are utterly devastated and disturbed by this experience. This was a place we trusted and had been regularly leaving our pet for day care, believing she was safe and cared for. Watching the video shattered that trust completely. Seeing our helpless pet being treated this way broke our hearts in ways words can hardly describe. Neither my wife nor I have ever laid a hand on our pet, and the thought that she was subjected to such cruelty fills us with anger and guilt for trusting the wrong people. The explanation we got for asking is “we still have no idea of what exactly happened” this how irresponsible they are. Taking out frustration on a voiceless, defenseless animal is not just unprofessional—it is inhumane and deeply shameful. I can’t stop thinking about the fear and pain she must have gone through, unable to understand why it was happening. I strongly urge anyone who truly loves their pets to think twice before leaving them here. No animal deserves this kind of treatment, and no owner deserves the heartbreak of discovering such betrayal.
