It's very important that the staff knows what they are selling to give you the correct products..and I must say, this shop has it. I bought some products and sent it to the Philippines for my fur babies. The store has really good products with good price range. There were packages like buy 1 get 1 free which is really great. On top of that, the owner was very hands on in helping us find the right products. I really recommend this shop, and since my husband is from Kannur, this will be our go to shop from now on.
