My experience with them has been excellent. I was looking for a new puppy for the house and had a deadline before I left. Over the weekend, I discussed with them and they gave me plenty of options based on my needs and situation. They gave good advice and eventually worked extra hard to get my family the puppy we needed right on time. I also visited their store and they have plenty of options for pet accessories (including home delivery) in addition to grooming for animals. Will definitely be going back to them for all my needs.

Excellent service! The staffs were friendly and professional. While making sure of my pet’s comfort, attention was paid to every detail of the grooming process. The salon itself was clean and inviting with good range of quality pet accessories and products, which added to the positive atmosphere. It has been an excellent experience for us with grooming services for our pet. The pick up and drop services were very efficient. Most importantly they showed up great passion towards the work, took care of our pet very well. The feedback during each stage was excellent with seeking suggestions from our end.
