The rooms were good but they needed a makeover as the paint was shredding from the walls and the room service was average. As you need to tell them thrice if you need anything.
We were there to give an exam, and they told us to go deal with Agoda regarding the booking and they are not responsible. Charged us with a huge amount of extra money. The staff was super rude and abusive, specially the receptionist. Bathroom door was broken. Fake water bottles with given with broken seal, a matter of concern during the Covid pandemic. Unhygienic environment, dirty sheets, no towels. To be honest it was the worst experience ever.
its says it's a 3star hotel but personally I wouldn't rate it even 1star. the photos shown are fake. rooms are in bad condition. no resturant services for dinner.walls of bedrooms are chipping. blanket and towel provided had stains on them. located very far from city . definitely won't recommend.only good thing is that room are spacious nothing else
Best service and staff is very cooperative and polite nature and environment was very peaceful room cleanliness was perfect and food was very yummy
very bad hotel. service staff is very stupid and bad behaviour specially security guard. he has no manner. through oyo hotel was booked, but they denied entry but after interfere by oyo and owner I got room. Owner should punish those staff and replace them
