For its price point,this hotel is an exceptional value. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and my room was cozy and comfortable. The beds were great, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's located a short walk from the city center, this provided a quieter, more tranquil stay, which we appreciated. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great, budget-friendly option that doesn't compromise on quality, this is the place.
Cleaning and hygiene is a big issue.. Least amenities were provided. Since it is located on main road so full of traffic noise. Positive side -Best location and staff behaviour was good...
Hotel City Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. From the smooth check-in process to the kindness of the staff, everything was perfect. We stayed two nights two weeks ago Location is very appropriate in the centre of Sardar Market near Old clock tower .Very safe for females .One can enjoy street food & do shopping in evening. Rooms are good. Hospitality & behavior of Mr.Raju Pareek ji, Mayank ji is appreciable. Osian village tour package provided by the hotel is awesome specially Chanderveerji attended well. We ate thali in dinner. That's delicious..
The food is okay, even if the kitchen was not able to make all the things we ordered. Somewhat tasty, but at least healthy portions. Drinks leave a lot to be wanted - even bottled drinks had a funny taste. The service personnel had a hard time with english - not their fault, of course, but keep it in mind. Prices are reasonable. It is at least one of the few restaurants on a very busy street with a somewhat quiet interior. BEWARE: While getting wifi - the staff asked to borrow my phone and without my permission put a review themselves from my account saying "Best food". Do NOT leave your phone unattended with them.
