“Fantastic Dog Grooming Experience!” I recently took my dog Poppy to Sams groomszilla and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Sahil was incredibly friendly and patient, and he clearly love what he do. My pup came out looking and smelling amazing – the cut was exactly what I asked for, and he even added a cute little bow! What I appreciated most was how gentle he was, especially since my dog is usually nervous around strangers. He took the time to make her feel comfortable, which really put me at ease. Highly recommend Sam’s groomszilla if you’re looking for professional, caring, and affordable grooming. We’ll definitely be regulars from now on!
I went for the grooming of my kitten by seeing all the google reviews and it was such a horrible experience. Initially he got severe skin infection around ear. They told me they cleaned the ear but there was a lot of wax in the ear and he was doing continue itching. I called the vet he did the cleansing. After 2-3 days the skin infection got worsen. It spread around neck his left arm as well. I called vet multiple times and I called this grooming shop also but the response wasn’t well. They said we are out of station can’t talk. Is it our responsibility that you have to work out of town? We bring our cats and handover to you with lots of trust and in lieu of that you are not attending calls not responding to messages. You sent a vet after calling you multiple of times. But it’s been more than 20 days my kitten is still suffering and i have to bear all the expenses test, medical etc. and my cat also became so dull. This is so frustrating for a outsider to face such things. We don’t know anybody here . We have to call multiple of people just to find out a right doctor who can treat them well.
It was my third visit with my pet Zoe at Sam’s groom zilla… and I must say it’s the best place in town for pet’s grooming..sahil is best in his skill..very friendly with my zoe
The place sam’s Grooming is very good place for pet and they feel actually like their home and the owner nature was very gud and i love this place 😍
I really recommend Sam’s Groomzilla. They did a great job grooming my Persian cat, and the owner was very polite and caring.
