Had been to this store for a pet bath of my GSD, Joy. They were so humble and patient throughout. Helped make our pet calm and enjoy his bath! They also have wide variety of treats of all kinds. “Thanks for the bath & treats” - Joy
Please read this before taking your cat here.I went there today with my cat for the first time and came out of there with cats nails bleeding.I wanted my cat to be groomed . But it was a very bad experience. They gave her a bath nicely and trimmed her nails nicely . But when they were drying her with a dryer she was already in a cage and she got so scared the whole time she wanted to just get out of the cage so she was jumping anxiously inside trying to find a way out. Then i told them to stop this as i could see blood near her nails so then they did . They said we only have this option and next is a hair dryer . But i wanted to leave that place as soon as possible. I complained on the counter but the owner was so casual about it they said: 1.) its a street cat thats why she is so anxious . 2.) these things happen once in a while.3.) and this is not serious we cant see the blood dripping from her nails so its not serious . Like a bunch of teenagers they were giving exuces. I would not recommend this place at all . P.s. the employee who was grooming my cat was afraid of her . I think the employees should be trained not to be afraid of the cat thats there job if they are going to be afraid of a cat whats the point working at a pet store or grooming store.
Poor service and lack of ownership I went to get my dachshunds nail cut, first off the guy didn’t ask for a staff to assist and I had to do all of the holding. He drilled the nail way too short and my dog had heavy bleeding. His excuse was that nails are black so he cannot see. Moreover the nail station was full of dog hair who had come before. They didn’t even bother to clean up. On top of all the trauma they didn’t even trim all nails correctly. Horrible horrible

एकदम बढीया सर्वीस Perfect trim for your pet. I took my tomcat Fluffy here for a haircut to relieve him of the stress of the summer heat and the end result was a dream come true. The owner Mr. Mukesh Rawat is a true gentleman and a true lover of pets. He handled my cat expertly the level of which you will not find in entire Jodhpur. He also has a kennel for keeping upto 35 dogs in the hostel and he also undertakes training of dogs and handlers on regular basis. He charges Rs.1200 for normal haircut of cats and Rs.1500, if the fur is matted.
