We had originally planned to stay at this hotel based on a recommendation, but the experience was so bad that we ended up canceling and finding another place. The room itself was just okay but extremely overpriced. The only decent thing was that the bathroom was clean. The blankets were old, dirty, and looked like they had never been washed, and the towels were grey instead of white. But the worst part was the staff—rude and completely unprofessional. When we raised concerns about the uncomfortable mattress they expected our driver to sleep on (in what was basically a storage closet), they acted like we should be grateful to even have a room. They kept insisting that they “normally book out in advance,” despite having at least three empty rooms. Instead of addressing our concerns, they made it clear they thought they were doing us a massive favour. I have stayed in hotels around the world, many of a much higher quality, and I have never been treated this poorly. We left and booked somewhere else, which was a far better experience. Avoid this place if you want decent service and respect as a guest. EDIT: They have called and are pressuring me to remove this review instead of taking responsibility for their behaviour. That alone should be a warning to anyone considering this place.

The location is really good! Plus the hotel is beauitful! Bhivani at the reception is really helpful. If you’re looking for a affordable stay. You can go for it!

This hotel sucks. How they got a single positive review I don't know--bots, I suspect--but it's straght-up awful. The rooms are dirty. The floors are filthy, the surfaces are dusty, and if they don't wash the blanket it should at least be hung up and beaten. Speaking of which, the staff are surly and the "complimentary breakfast" is dry toast with expired honey packets--there's other stuff on the menu, but it ain't available. The laundry service is over priced, and your clothes will come back damp. Long story short; don't stay here. If you used an agency and they found it for you, demand something else.

Located in a residential area. Rooms are not upto the mark for the price. Blankets are old and doesn’t look clean. We used our own sheets due to dirty blanket. Only 2-3 cars can be parked inside. But since it is a good residential area with a school adjacent to it, cars can be parked roadside. All the places to visit are far and getting auto rickshaw is a bit hard from this location. Food is average. Took long time and 3 reminders to give tea and poha despite agreeing to have it ready quickly in 10mins.

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. The staff is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to or treat guests respectfully. We booked two rooms and one of them had a foul smell bedsheets and even bed bugs. The worst part was the breakfast service. We were told it would be ready at 8:00 AM, but the chef arrived late and rudely commented, “Who eats so early in the morning?” and said it would be delayed because there were few guests. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was highly disappointing and not worth the money. Even a Rs 1000 OYO hotel would provide better service and more professional staff than this place.
