We booked the Family Deluxe room at Bachchan Niwas for four people, expecting at least basic cleanliness and facilities. What we got was shocking. The room door didn’t close because the knob was broken. Inside, the mattresses were old and springy with no comfort at all. The worst part — the walls, floor, and even ceiling were covered with pan spits. The room was crawling with different kinds of insects. The washroom was unusable: no flush, no ventilation, and a broken commode. The staff’s behavior made things even worse. Instead of helping us, the manager argued, lied about room availability, and told us to clean the toilet manually with a stick. Even basic toiletries were not available in the room. Absolutely disgraceful. Please don’t waste your money or peace of mind here.
First I have booked and called hotel they didn't not know what is going on and said if you booked then it is booked which means he does not know how to check the bookings. When visited the hotel it wa terrible and pathetic. All the things, hotel location, Rooms, Staff behaviour everything was such a low quality and useless. Mostly there is a BAR right next to the hotel and in the hotel there were many peoples were drunk INCLUDING THE PERSON OF HOTEL. So there is no safety if you are going with family and ladies or girls. The other guest begged us to cancel this and book other hotels as they have suffered a lot nu sence with such type of this hotel which does not provide full information and basic facilities. The condition of hotel is even pathetic then thier staff you get the smell of drinks everywhere as you enter the hotel. No cleaning of rooms, bathroom and not even the area of reception was cleaned properly. Also they do not provide cancellation. So I have booked another hotel as I was with my family and this drunkenness place is NOT FOR A FAMILY OR LADIES AND GIRLS.
It's my humble request to anyone who plans to have a stay at this place.Please, please AVOID IT at any cost...the staff is totally lathergic to say the least and rude too at the same time...bugs are there to welcome you at the beddings,no geysers and if there it is it might not be working,gutka stains adds the beauty of this place and the most important don't come with any female counterparts for obvious reasons.
Bacchan Niwas is technically couple-friendly, but the overall vibe is not ideal. Rooms are average and suitable only for a short budget stay. The rooftop is frequently crowded with local boys drinking and using hookah. This affects the comfort and peaceful atmosphere, especially for couples. Overall, an average 3-star stay, but not recommended for couples seeking a calm experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to extend my appreciation to the entire team for their exceptional service. The dine-in experience was truly delightful and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Rooftop bar view also amazing. Thank you for providing service that was truly above and beyond. I look forward to visiting again.
