The place is closer to Mehrangad fort and easy to get any autos to roam in the city. The staff is very helpful and kind. They have all sizes of rooms, hot water is available and has a lawn for kids to play around. Happy with my stay here.
Terrible experience with this stay. Basic room amenities like toilet rolls and handwash were missing. Hygiene is a huge concern here - unclean bedding, bathroom essentials and wardrobes. Staying here was a torture. The staff didn't even provide us basic room service like Heating kettle until asked for. Even after providing that, it wasn't working. Took them an entire day to replace it with another non-working kettle. Please don't stay here if you wish to have a decent trip experience. And after all this, while checking out they had the audacity to ask for a review and rating.
Rooms infrastructure was OK, missing fridge and hand towels, can improve with needed maintenance. Staff were nice and welcoming. Located near few temples, which had loud music on whole night, maybe ?wedding.
We booked this hotel for 8 people. First we were very much scared to see the reviews as some of them were bad but actually rooms were already booked and we were late too so we thought why not try as it was only for 1 night and belive me it was fantastic to stay at the Grand Siddharth. The food was good breakfast and dinner was included. They even helped us too pick up the luggages. Ambience was nice. We were adults, senior citizens and kids and everyone liked the hotel. My daughters clicked too many pictures there. Location was nice. Service was good. The staff self came to tell us that breakfast or dinner is ready and have it before it gets cold. My mother has diabetes and we told them too keep the insulin injections polythene in fridge and they cooperated. In a nutshell, it is good a idea to book the grand Siddharth by alura for your stay
We just got back from a group trip to The Grand Siddharth and honestly it was such a great find for the price. We stayed for two nights and the staff was super active and helping with everything our large group needed, especially when it came to coordinating our meals. The food was specialy good—the vegetarian spread for breakfast had so many options and everything tasted fresh and home-style. Since it’s right in the city center, we could get to the fort and the markets easily, but we also spent a lot of time just hanging out in their garden area which was great for the kids to run around while the adults had tea in the sun. The rooms were big and clean enough, plus they gave us a couple of upgrades which was a nice surprise. If you’re traveling with a big group or family, this place is perfect because they actually have the space to handle everyone without it feeling crowded. Definitly recommend if you want a comfortable stay that doesnt break the bank.
