I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hosteller Jodhpur, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hostel. But what really stood out for me was the service, particularly from Raj Maity, the Community Manager. Raj Maity went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. He was not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but he also gave excellent recommendations for local attractions, food spots, and hidden gems in Jodhpur. His hospitality really made the experience memorable. Raj was always around to lend a hand, share stories, and make everyone feel at home. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the guests and the overall vibe of the hostel.
I just am so happy to share this, I really had the best time at Hosteller Jodhpur. first of all- no one asked me to write this review it’s purely out of my free will. I’ve experienced moustache, zostel and hosteller on my trip to Rajasthan and I found Hosteller to stand out. I’m not going to talk about the “vibes” or “hospitality” but things that genuinely matter when you’re already away from home, almost at the end of your trip and extremely tired- hygiene as a girl this is a non negotiable. They genuinely cleaned the room unlike what other hotel chains problem they wiped down, sweeped and made sure the room smells yum! Second, the staff. Most chains have the over-sweet always attentive pushy staff, but here they’re very respectful to your space. Yes, they nudge you once but that’s all there is. No useless flirts! If there’s anything I would want them to work on it would be their food menu, to add in a couple more options and that would be all. My stay was perfect thanks to you guys.
My experience at The Hosteller Jodhpur was absolutely fantastic. The property has a super chill vibe, clean rooms, beautiful common areas, and a rooftop view that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The atmosphere is perfect for solo travellers — safe, comfortable, and very community-driven. A special shoutout to Community Manager Raj Maity! Raj genuinely elevates the whole experience. He’s friendly, proactive, and always makes sure everyone feels included. Whether it’s organizing games, recommending hidden gems around the city, or just being there for any help, Raj brings an energy that makes the stay memorable. He effortlessly creates a vibe where strangers become friends.
One of the best hostels in town. The property is aesthetic with a swimming pool in the front yard and a common area on the roof. The Reception staffs were really polite and had really warm gestures. The timings of Check in and check out were also flexible, which is one of the best things. Staffs are also responsive and supportive at the same time. really loved this Stay.
We stayed at The Hosteller Jodhpur for two days, and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was decent, and everything was well-maintained. The only small hitch was that after about 9:30 AM, the hot water wasn’t available in the morning, though we did get it in the evening. On our first day, we checked in late at night and had booked a bunk bed and a deluxe room. They were kind enough to provide us an extra mattress on request, which was really appreciated. Additionally, on the first day, we booked through MakeMyTrip, and for the second day we extended our stay using their own platform. They gave us a special code that provided an additional 10% discount, which was a nice touch. The reception staff was very helpful and cooperative throughout. Apart from that, drinking water was available on every floor, the common area was nice, there was a library, and the connectivity was good since it’s close to the railway station. They have parking, CCTV, and most processes like check-in are digital, which made things easy. The only minor downside was a slight network issue at times, but they do have Wi-Fi. Overall, we’d give it around a 4.5 to 4.7 rating. It’s a great budget stay if you can manage the morning hot water timing. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
