Rooms are spacious. Services is of low quality. Bath towels are black and dirty not cleaned properly. Some of the staff is very very rude . Love the little puppy at the reception but overall the hotel is average
Last night I stayed in Hotel Omni Plaza, Room no 207. The staff is very co-operative, rooms are nit and clean. I suggest the hotel with dinner and breakfast. At early morning 6.00 am, i need some hot water so I called the night manger and talk for hot water. He bring me the hot water immediately. All the Staff is very co-operative. Food quality is very good.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ashok. During my visit, Ashok took exceptional care of me. He provided a comfortable place to stay, gave me warm blankets, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. His behaviour was kind, respectful, and truly professional. I felt safe and well looked after because of him. I am very thankful for his support. I strongly recommend Ashok for his excellent service and good nature.
We had a pleasant stay at the 'Omni Plaza' Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. The staff was polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We are specially thankful to Mr. AshokSingh who was very polite and cooperative person. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. The quality of the food was nice, though adding a bit more variety in the menu would make the experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. Would definitely consider coming back.
The hotel is pretty basic. Located far from the clock tower which is basically the tourist center. The hotel needs improvement in terms of infrastucture. The room which we were staying didnt have a single shelf with a drawer or table with a drawer to keep watch, wallet etc. The cupboard was small with no hanger rod to hang clothes. No shelves in the bathroom. The bathroom had naked wires and rod hanging from the ceiling, for a non existent fan. However the staff was cooperative and breakfast was ok. A budget hotel good for around 2k per night with breakfast
