We had an amazing stay at Hotel Kanha Inn, Jodhpur! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the essential amenities we needed. Whether it was the comfort of the room or the prompt service, everything exceeded our expectations. My stay at Kanha Inn, Jodhpur was not pleasant at all. The hotel had frequent power cuts, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, drilling work was going on in the late evening, causing continuous noise and disturbance. The most disappointing part was at night when fireworks were being set off on the hotel roof or very nearby. It was extremely noisy and disturbing, and completely unacceptable for a hotel environment where guests expect peace and rest. Overall, my experience here was very poor, and I did not find the stay comfortable or relaxing in any way. Revised; Considering your response, I would like to revise my rating. Let me state this very clearly: fireworks happening very nearby—or just behind a wall—and that too at such a late hour, is a major discomfort for anyone. Do you even realize how poor the power situation is? Your generator caused repeated interruptions. Every time I was watching a movie, the power went off. Do you understand how disruptive it is to then navigate YouTube using your unresponsive remote, search for the movie again, and manually seek to where I left off? You may not have direct control over all these issues, but this is certainly not an efficient or guest-friendly way to handle things. That is exactly why you are now receiving a 1-star rating from me.
The hotel infra is good, the amenities and services could be improved. Room seizes are strictly for 2 individuals additional mattresses won't be efficient. Kind staff, if your stakes are for a one night stay it's good in the vicinity.
We were stayed 2 days 1st and 2 nd February. Rooms size was small but excellent stay. Food was also excellent. 8-10 kilometres distance to Major tourist destination.
