Stayed here for a night enroute to Jaipur from Jaisalmer. Staff is welcoming and supportive. Rooms: Big and spacious rooms. Food: Buffet has a wide selection of items from various cuisines. Food served is delicious and their chefs really deserve lot of appreciation as it beats lot of other prominent hotels even in NCR. This will definitely be on top of my list in my future visits to Jodhpur as i love the food being served here!! 🙂

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The service really stood out — especially thanks to Shahshank, who was an excellent butler. He was attentive, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a pleasant experience!

I cannot fault this place at all. Value for money. Luxury. We did a room, dinner and breakfast deal direct with the hotel reception. Wide selection of food in a 5 star buffet. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a garden view ground floor and it is beautiful. Quiet and relaxing. We also had a driver and they were looked after as well.

We stayed over the busy New Year's weekend but so glad we chose this resort over others. The property is of course amazing but so is the service and hospitality. Team at ITC were overwhelmed, I'm sure, because of the December period but not once did that affect their amazing service. Hotel is 12-15kms outside the city, vast and has things for everyone. They've amazing facilities for kids, teenagers with a gaming zone and toddlers as well. That was a big plus for us. Lush green gardens and also a great pool that we didn't use in the winters Rooms are large and has all the amenities you'd need. We opted for a buffet breakfast which had a vast spread and lots of options to select from. It caters well to whatever suits you, south Indian, North Indian and local food as well. Good work as always ITC!

ITC welcomhotel is a nice large property situated 15-20 minutes away from Jodhpur city. We stayed here during New Year 2026 and had a good experience. The rooms are spacious and have a bathtub. We recommend Garden facing rooms for a good view. The hotel also has a swimming pool, large lawns and kids play area, which can keep children busy. The restaurant also serves a good buffet with a decent spread. They also have a traditional Rajasthani restaurant. However, the overall experience and service in this hotel does not match upto 4/5 star standards. We paid almost double the average rates because of the peak season, but we did not find any value after paying so much. The staff & service is not very well refined or polished, although they're hospitable (Good hospitality is common all over Rajasthan).
