Not a wonderful place to stay!! Pls don’t fall for reviews The chef is of no use - When we called to order food from menu half of the items aren’t available! Then we ordered a simple Hakka noodles and hot chocolate which arrived after 45 mins Nobody attends calls on reception quickly ! Service is too slow !!! Rooms are not as good as shown in photos … pls see the attachment below …. Also there are no elevators steps are too hard to climb !!! Cafe is rooftop which is on 4th floor ul have to climb it all

I stayed here a month ago and had booked the room for two days for four people. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and we had to check out after just one day. The place allotted to us was extremely old and congested. The front room served as a small bedroom, followed by another room with only a sofa, and a very small kitchen area. The space was not sufficient to accommodate beds for four people. The bathroom and toilet were separate, very cramped, and uncomfortable to use. The bed sheets provided were dirty and greasy. When we requested clean bed sheets, we were told that no extra sets were available, so we somehow managed for the night and left the next morning. On a positive note, the rooftop restaurant offered a beautiful scenic view, and the breakfast served there was tasty. However, the overall stay experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this place for comfortable accommodation.

Stayed at Hinduja Haveli for two days. The location of the hotel is excellent — all the major tourist attractions are nearby, which makes sightseeing very convenient. Coming to the food, it’s decent — not exceptional, but good enough. Regarding the room stay, I would like to highlight that if you’re booking an economy room, it’s suitable only for a single person. For a couple, it feels quite small, as the bed provided is around 6x3 feet (a single bed), which makes it uncomfortable for two people. Apart from that, everything else was fine. I booked through Agoda and got a good deal — ₹13,00 for two nights with breakfast included. Overall, it’s a nice stay if you choose the right room category. Suggestion: Please add cloth hanger in room, the basic thing which reduces much effort.

Good budget hotel with really good service. Stayed here for six nights and I really enjoyed the location. Complimentary breakfast and nice bathrooms was a plus.

First of all, this is not a 3-star hotel. It’s a basic property with very minimal facilities. Pros: • Decent views: one side faces the fort, the other overlooks the lake. • Located in the old town. • A few places are walkable—Ghanta Ghar, the lake, and a nearby omelette shop. Cons: 1. The hotel is located deep inside very narrow lanes. Cars find it difficult to reach; autos can manage. 2. Only Rapido seems willing to pick up guests from this location. 3. Staff are largely inactive and unresponsive. 4. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos, and one wall had visible peeling/damage. 5. Bedsheets and pillows had visible hair on them. After repeatedly complaining and scolding the staff, they finally changed the bedsheet and pillow covers, while continuously blaming the laundry. 6. Towels were provided after nearly one hour, and only one towel was given instead of two. 7. No lift, and the staircase has unusually high steps—very inconvenient, especially for families. 8. The AC malfunctioned: it cooled like 20°C even when set to 30°C (heating). Staff had no explanation or solution. 9. Even basic requests like a water bottle took over an hour; I had to collect it myself from the lobby. 10. Food service is poorly managed. The evening chef was not available, so food was served only till lunch. Though the taste was okay, the food was excessively oily—I literally had to scoop the oil out. Verdict: Not recommended at all for families. Poor service, misleading information, and inconvenient access make the stay uncomfortable.
