I stayed at Hotel A.R. Exillency, Jodhpur yesterday. The first room I was given was not clean, the ceiling was broken, and overall cleanliness was poor. However, when I informed the staff about the issues, they changed my room immediately, which I appreciated. The staff behavior was good and cooperative, so the experience was not completely negative. The hotel really needs to improve housekeeping and maintenance. With better cleanliness, this place can be much better.
Sharing an honest review. Rooms are extremely dirty, does not look and feel safe for female or families. I would strongly recommend to opt out this hotel from the list. We got mislead by the all the google reviews which shows 4.1 rating, these ratings are fake. Neither the hotel rooms nor the hallways are clean.
