Service during our stay in sterling amargarh was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant saangri was very polite and served with smile. Mr. Ajay and other staff was always there with smile. Glad we came here
Our group just wrapped up an incredible stay at Sterling Amargarh from Jan 15th to the 17th and honesly we couldnt have asked for a better time. From the second we checked in, the hospitality was so warm, making our whole group feel right at home in such a stunning seting. The food was a total standout—every meal was packed with authentic flavors, specialy the local Rajasthani dishes and the hot tea we had out in the sun. Since it was way too chilly for the pool, we spent most of our "play" time enjoying the outdoor lawn games and soaking up the afternoon sun, which was perfect. The evening folk music and bonfire they set up for us was the highlight, honestly such a vibe for a group stay. It’s rare to find a place that nails the balance of great rooms, delicious catering, and fun arrangments like this, but the team here made it look easy. We’re all heading home today with some amazing memories and definitly plan on coming back soon.
The staff was very good and extremely helpful. The food was also very good, and the service was awesome. Bhumi and Deepak, the food managers as well as the night staff were really very attentive. However, the rooms were not up to the mark, and hot water was not available in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
We are resently staying at Sterling Jodhpur, and our experience has been very pleasant. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and all the services are good. The staff is very helpful and supportive. A special thanks to Manoj from the reception he is extremely helpful and available at any time, which made our stay even more comfortable. The resort lobby is very beautiful and welcoming. One small suggestion would be to add more kids’ activities, which would make the resort even better for families. Overall, a great stay and a relaxing experience. Thanks team sterling.
Breakfast excellent service excellent,Bhoomi took care of us very nicely :rooms are ok , reception and restaurant very nice,'approach from rooms to reception, restaurant is not good;overall fine but cannot compare with ooty or Darjeeling sterling
