"Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. I called for an emergency situation involving a 7-month-old puppy, but they didn't even listen and told me to call after 2 days without any reason. A dog trainer should at least have some empathy for animals and owners in distress. Very disappointed, would not recommend at all."
