Hi, We are proud parents of our indie baby, Mylo, who is 9 months old. We live in Chandigarh and had to travel to Jaipur for a four-day family gathering. Keeping Mylo’s comfort in mind, we decided to leave her at Pet Fort—this being the very first time we entrusted our baby to a pet hostel. To our delight, the experience was wonderful. Oshita and her team took exceptional care of Mylo, ensuring she stayed happy, comfortable, and well looked after throughout her stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Pet Fort to all pet parents. I had to leave my kid, Zoey, at a pet hostel in Jaipur, so I looked at more than 10 different places because my kid means everything to me and I can't take any chances with his care. When I first checked out The Petfort's reviews, I was really unsure about them. They had lots of good reviews, but you know how it is. We always read the bad ones first. There weren't many negative reviews, but the few that were there really worried me. Still, since we wanted the best for our child and most reviews were positive, we decided to try them out. When I called them, they said they're the only proper professional pet hostel in Jaipur. Since we didn't have better options, we went with them. When we went to drop Zoey off, the place had good space for pets to run around. They have both AC and non-AC areas, and we picked the AC one for him. It was basically a 2 BHK house, which made us a bit unsure at first, but they told us they take all the kids to another bigger area for walks and playtime in the morning and evening. We left our baby there for 9 days, and wow, what an experience! They did way more than we expected. They sent us videos regularly, did video calls with us, and made sure Zoey played with other pets. He made some great friends there. The people taking care of the pets were really nice and understood exactly what the kids needed. The best part was that The Petfort team did everything we asked for: they were like our helpers for those 9 days. Their food plan was really good too, with healthy meals that were great for Zoey's digestion. Our child came back super happy and healthy, and honestly, he seems to miss being there! I talked to the team personally and could tell they really care about what they're doing. I don't usually trust online reviews much, but I'm sharing this because of our real experience. Everything was smooth and professional from the first phone call to paying the bill. The Petfort is definitely the best pet hostel I'd recommend in Jaipur.
