I had an extremely terrible experience at this pet shop. My pet was left with a wound near her ear from the trimmer they used, which we only discovered later. When we went back to them, instead of accepting their mistake, the owner started blaming us and arguing. On top of this, they charged us ₹1,500 for their unprofessional service, and because of their negligence, we had to spend another ₹800 at the doctor for treatment. This has been a very distressing and traumatic experience for us. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before trusting this place with their pets.

I went with my friend for dog grooming, and the experience was terrible. Their charges are like a 5-star service, but the quality is third-class. They speak politely only until they receive the payment—after that, they turn rude and even threaten customers. Truly the worst shop in town

Worst Experience , Visit at your own Risk!!!!!. Had the Horrible experience, I took my pet for full grooming to this shop and had disastrous experience. Their so called professional stylist just cut the hair clot of my pet so close to the skin that it had resulted in infection on the other day. I would not recommend anyone to visit this pathetic unprofessional shop for any sort of grooming services .
