We had a disappointing experience at Pet Vet Go in Mansarovar. There was no qualified vet—only ward boys handled our pet. They trimmed a large patch of fur for a small allergy spot and applied some lotion, then charged ₹1200 (₹400 consultation + ₹800 treatment). When we asked for details, they refused to explain. The staff seemed insensitive—they may see just a dog, but for us, he’s family. Now it will take months for the fur to grow back. We expected compassionate, professional care and didn’t receive it. Please inquire thoroughly before visiting.

The personnel was terrible. He was drunk while getting treatment at night, there was no extra help at night, and there was no doctor in an emergency. They don't send you a bill, and when you ask them about it, they get mad. Please avoid them if you love your pet
