Night-time visit here was a disaster for me. The staff on duty, Naresh, wouldn’t examine our injured kitten and kept downplaying the situation. For a facility claiming nonstop service, the lack of response was unbelievable. My experience left me with zero confidence in their emergency care.
My visit to the clinic during nighttime hours was highly unsatisfactory. Despite their advertised 24/7 availability, no adequate assistance was provided. The staff member present, Naresh, declined to evaluate my injured kitten, stating it did not constitute an emergency. This response was deeply disappointing and did not align with the urgency of the situation.
Amazing 24/7 service, right? Except when you actually show up at night. Naresh was on duty and refused to check our injured kitten, calling it ‘not an emergency.’ If this is their idea of emergency care, I don’t want to know what non-emergency looks like.
Honestly, I’ve never seen such irresponsible service. They advertise 24-hour care, but at night it felt like the clinic was abandoned. The night staff, Naresh, wouldn’t even admit our injured kitten. He brushed us off saying it wasn’t an emergency, which was unbelievable considering how much pain the kitten was in. Based on my experience, this place does not take pet emergencies seriously at all.
