Not a professional place... I ask them 4 times just for grooming packages and they didn't send me anything.... Just wrong what I want the same thing and no amount nothing.... I kept on repeatedly asking and everytime the same response...if before response is this, I don't know about the after one and will not recommend anyone to go to this place......

Very good hospital in Jaipur with the facilities of 24×7 for your furry friends. Dr Balwant and Dr Sanjay clear all my quries and give proper treatment to my dog, good caring Dr and staff. My 9yrs GSD fall sick at night I called to Dr he picked up my call 12:30 at night and replied properly. They take good care of my boy. He is recovering now. Thank you Vet24 hospital

Experience doctors with good behaviour nd it's too good for pets any oets

I am grieving as I write this. As a first-time pet owner, I chose Vet24 for my kitten’s vaccination based on online reviews, hoping for the best care. On my visit, my 3 month old kitten was visibly weak and lethargic. The attending doctor identified a fever and postponed the rabies vaccine. I began the prescribed medication, but his condition didn’t improve. Over the following days, I remained in regular contact with the clinic through calls, WhatsApp, and multiple visits as my kitten’s condition worsened. Eventually, a blood test showed low platelets and a bacterial infection. More medications were prescribed, but the fever persisted. The vet later suspected a tick infection, confirmed it through testing, and began treatment. While the itching reduced, the fever did not. Soon, my kitten stopped eating entirely. On another visit, the doctor noticed fluid buildup in his abdomen and asked me as to why I hadn’t spotted it despite having examined him multiple times before without mentioning it. He then marked a suspected diagnosis of FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) a serious and often fatal illness on the prescription, but didn’t explain it clearly. When I asked for more information, I was told to "read more about it.” He mentioned some kittens were recovering from FIP, which gave me hope, but it became clear later that the condition had not been properly diagnosed or confirmed. He mentioned a rare medication might help, but initially couldn’t recall its name. He later sent “Remdesivir” via WhatsApp. That same night, my kitten’s condition deteriorated. I panicked and called the clinic, which advertises 24/7 emergency services. The night doctor was dismissive over the phone. At the clinic, I was made to wait outside for 20 minutes before being let in. I was met with indifference. Despite my distress, the attending doctor was unbothered with no empathy and said they had no medication. He gave him two injections and told me to take the kitten to another vet (Dr. Chawla in Vaishali Nagar) in emergency. At Dr. Chawla’s clinic that same morning, I was asked basic questions like whether a urine test or X-rays had been done. I was heartbroken as these tests had never been suggested or performed at Vet24. Despite best efforts, my kitten didn’t survive. I’m left wondering if more thorough and timely care could have saved him. This experience has been traumatic and deeply scarring. I would advise other pet owners to always seek a second opinion if your pet’s condition isn’t improving. In my experience, the clinic may be better suited for routine care but did not seem equipped to handle serious conditions like FIP. Pets are not “just animals.” They are family. They deserve careful, ethical treatment not rushed or inattentive care. I truly hope you can save yours.
