From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. But what really stood out to me was Dr. Madhu's expertise and compassionate care. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my cat's health, and then thoroughly examined my furry friend. She explained everything in clear, understandable terms and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Dr. Madhu was also proactive in suggesting preventative measures to help keep my cat healthy, which I greatly appreciated. She not only took care of his early vaccinations 💉 but also guided us with so much patience on how to control his behaviour and raise him to be a well-mannered and obedient dog 🐾. When Cuddle suffered from a fungal infection, she treated him with such care and dedication ❤️. What I truly admire is that she never made us feel like it was just about the money 💰—she treated Cuddle as lovingly as I do, and that means everything to a pet parent 💕🐕. When I found Lucky – a tiny, sick and disabled stray puppy I didn’t know if he’d survive. He was battling Parvo and Kennel Cough. Caring for him felt overwhelming, but from our first visit to DCR Pet Hospital, Dr. Madhu became his lifeline. Her team member Priyansh also was really patient with the puppy and helped him a lot. Through almost daily visits, her expertise, and attention to detail helped Lucky fight through the worst. Our recovery journey is still ongoing, and he still has to fight for a better life, but with her care, I’m hopeful. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Madhu for giving Lucky a second chance.
