I am writing this through immense grief and with a pain I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. Three weeks ago, I brought home my little Lucky from Mr & Mrs Pet, with all the excitement of a first-time pet parent. I trusted the breeders completely, relying on the pictures and short videos they shared. I went in with love, hope, and innocence… not knowing that my baby was already carrying something serious when he came to me. What I experienced with Lucky was every pet parent’s worst nightmare. Despite my home being clean, safe, and full of love, Lucky fell ill almost immediately. Only later did I realize that I had been given incomplete and inadequate information about his health. There were no detailed updates, no transparent records, no real reassurance—just polished photos and a few seconds of video meant to make him look perfectly fine. As a first-time parent, I trusted them blindly, and that trust cost me my baby. Lucky was with me for just 3 short weeks… but he became my heartbeat. He showed me a love I didn’t even know I had the capacity to give after losing my father. And then, before I could even process what was happening, he was gone. I’m still trying to understand how a puppy handed over as “healthy” deteriorated so fast. No one can bring my Lucky back. But if sharing my experience can save even one family from this kind of heartbreak, then I owe it to Lucky to speak up. Breeders have a responsibility—an enormous one. Transparency is not optional. Honesty is not optional. And what I received from Mr & Mrs Pet was far from the care, responsibility, and truth every pet parent deserves. Please, if you’re considering getting a puppy from them, be cautious. Ask questions. Demand transparency. Don’t let excitement cloud your judgement the way it did mine. The price of trusting the wrong breeder is too high… and sometimes, it’s a tiny life. Lucky will always be my baby. This review is in his memory, and in the hope that no one else has to go through what I did.

I ordered a Syrian Hamster on 15th Jan it's 23 Feb today.. After a month of waiting they said they cannot send the Hamster due to some issue and will proceed with the refund.. it's been a week no response completely ignoring the messages.. Every time me as a customer had to beg for responses and information.. In the beginning they showed me different images of the Hamsters and when it was the time for delivery they had completely different coloured Hamsters for shipping.. but they never shipped and after a week, after sending messages and calls they responded saying that the Hamsters got infection so can't be shipped and will refund .. I had to ask for refund again and again but still I got no response. They are completely ignoring me and text... 😠 This is so exhausting.. i am planning to report it to the cybercrime portal and consumer court.. i am done with their bullshit . ..
