Had a great experience. I was really worried about my kitten. she was at her worst state. The doctor is very friendly and experienced. He treated my kitten with lots of love."I felt very comfortable bringing her there.” The price of the pet food as well as of medicines are very reasonable.I will highly recommend to my family and friends that have a feline and canine they are responsible for. Very disappointed with the quality of care provided. My dog was critically ill and under this doctor’s treatment for several days. Despite worsening clinical signs, extremely high infection markers, and clear indications that the case required urgent escalation, appropriate and timely decisions were not taken. The doctor behaved extremely irresponsibly by sending a Naive person to my house who did not even know how to check veins and the treatment given by him significantly reduced the HB of my dog and increased his infection which eventually resulted in the death of my dog. He looted us with the bills of nearly 15000 inr for which we have even filed a case against him. I understand that veterinary medicine has limitations and not all cases can be saved. However, delayed escalation, lack of proactive decision-making, and inadequate communication made this situation far worse than it needed to be.

Very bad experience. My Shih Tzu was not taken care of properly. His leash was tied so tightly that now he can’t even bark properly. He was not fed well and only had his meal properly after coming back home. Despite repeatedly texting to check on my dog, there was no response; calls were ignored and a video was sent very late. This was the first and last time I left my dog here. I would not recommend this hostel to any pet parent.
