The store is dirty, unsanitary, there is pee and poop everywhere (SEE PICS, a breeding ground for germs & diseases) and the groomers mistreat the pets. Please don’t send your pets here.

Heads Up For Tails is one of those rare places where pets are treated with genuine love and care. The staff is incredibly warm and attentive they made sure my dog felt like absolute royalty! I picked up a cute scarf that says "Rani Beti" on it, and they truly treated her like one. The store has a fantastic selection of thoughtfully chosen products.
