Extremely disappointed with the careless treatment at Goyal Dog Clinic, Vaishali Nagar. My 2-month-old kitten Oggy was given deworming and vaccination on 12 July 2025. He started vomiting and became very weak. On 15 July, during a follow-up visit, the doctor wasn’t present, and the compounder gave an unknown injection without telling me what it was. Oggy stopped eating and sadly passed away the next night, on 16 July. I asked about the injection, but the staff refused to explain and said, “only the doctor knows.” This shows a lack of responsibility, communication, and ethics. Please be cautious before trusting your pet’s life here.
