This hospital does not deserve even a single star. I beg all animal lovers if you truly love your baby, do NOT go to this place. They are heartless and careless, and because of their negligence, I lost my beloved baby on 20th November 2025 at 1 AM. He was like a real family member to us. He had been suffering from a UTI for two months and had stopped eating 15 days before the ultrasound. We were terrified of losing him and visited his previous vet daily. On 18th November, we went to this hospital only for an ultrasound. They said 70% of his kidney wasn’t functioning properly due to urine buildup, but assured us it could be managed with fluids and injections. However, the next day everything changed. They suddenly said he needed urgent surgery or he would die. They knew he was extremely weak and had already lost half his weight, yet they still pushed for surgery. They manipulated and pressured my mother into agreeing. We even asked about their bad reviews, and they lied, claiming all their surgeries were successful. He was taken for surgery at 2 PM on 19th November and brought out at 4 PM. Shockingly, they sent him home immediately, without even keeping him for half an hour of observation, even though they had rooms and facilities available. He suffered all night in pain. The next day, we returned for fluids and injections, but the doctor dismissed all our concerns his pain, bad odour, gas, not eating, strange behaviour. They gave no proper answers and acted like nothing was wrong. By 8 PM, he was in extreme pain, gasping and unable to settle. We called the hospital over 20 times, but no one answered. Our previous vet finally picked up and guided us, even questioning why he was still in pain after receiving painkillers. We contacted the hospital staff again and finally got a number that belonged to Doctor Chawla. He answered the phone but lied about his identity at first. Instead of asking us to bring him to the hospital, he casually told us to give another dose of pain medicine and even told us a dangerously high quantity. We followed the safer dose recommended by the previous vet, but my baby was still in agony. He never bit anyone, but that night, he was hurting so badly he couldn’t tolerate being touched. Around 12:40 AM, I saw him struggling to breathe. Within minutes, he died in front of my eyes. My sister tried CPR, but we lost him. Watching his tiny body go cold and stiff broke all of us. We did everything they told us. We spent over 35,000 rupees in two days, but their negligence stole our baby from us. I don’t want any other family to experience this pain. If anyone thinks this is a fake review, message me on Instagram: guide_for_ummah. I have every proof, including the last video I took just to show the vet the next morning a morning my baby never got to see. Please, for the sake of your pet’s life, do not go to this hospital. They care only about money, not about lives.

My cat had been suffering from a UTI for almost two months, and his condition had become serious. Urine had collected in his kidneys, and they had become swollen. Dr. Chawla and Dr. Ravindra told us that drips and medicines were enough and that he would get better soon. His urine was still coming out drop by drop at that time. But the next day, they scared us by saying that if we didn’t do the surgery immediately, anything could happen. Out of pressure, and because we wanted our cat to survive, we agreed to the surgery. They didn’t even consider that he was only 4 kg, extremely weak, and already very sick. Doing such a major surgery on such a fragile cat was a huge risk, and they never explained that properly. After the surgery, from the second night, his condition kept getting worse. He was crying in pain and struggling to move. We called the clinic’s reception many times at night they claim to be “available 24/7,” but at 10 PM nobody was there. After 20–25 calls, one staff member finally picked up, spoke rudely, and said they knew nothing and told us to contact the doctor. We somehow got Dr. Chawla’s number, and when we called, he lied and said he wasn’t Dr. Chawla. This clearly shows they don’t care if an animal is dying they only care about money. Two hours later, my cat passed away because of their negligence. If you truly love your pet, do NOT visit this hospital. They are the worst. They will take your money, misguide you, and put your pet’s life in danger.

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever seen. They have no proper knowledge, and they only care about making money. They don’t even understand the real condition of the animal they just push for surgery, take your money, and put the animal’s life at risk. Their staff is completely inexperienced, and they don’t know how to speak or guide properly. If you truly love your pet and want them to live, avoid this place. You will only regret going there. You take a living, breathing animal to them, and they send it back to you in a worse condition sometimes not even alive. This clinic cares only about profit, not about the lives they are responsible for.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for several years and have always considered it one of Jaipur’s top veterinary centers. My 9-year-old female German Shepherd has been treated here through multiple health phases — including a uterus removal surgery due to infection and later a procedure related to her urinary passage. While the staff is experienced and the facilities are commendable, I’ve grown increasingly concerned about the frequency of new tests and medications recommended at every visit. As a pet parent, I only want my dog to recover and stay healthy, but the repeated changes in diagnosis and treatment have left her more drowsy and distressed over time. I truly hope the clinic focuses more on accurate, consistent care rather than excessive testing going forward.

I took my dog to this hospital when his condition was already extremely critical. At that stage, what we needed most was clear, honest medical judgment. Instead of telling us directly that his chances of survival were extremely poor and advising us appropriately, we were only told that they “cannot take any guarantee” and that we could continue treatment. This gave us hope without clarity. Had we been clearly informed about the realistic outcome, we would have made different, more informed decisions for our dog. My dog was admitted and remained hospitalised for two days, during which his condition did not improve, and he eventually passed away. I understand that not all lives can be saved, but delayed honesty and lack of decisive guidance in a critical case reflect poor clinical judgment. Additionally, my dog was kept on the top floor in very cold conditions, despite being extremely weak and severely anaemic. What added to our distress was receiving a bill of ₹14,500 for just two days of hospitalisation, without any meaningful improvement in his condition. While we were prepared for expenses, this experience gave the impression that treatment was continued without realistic counselling, showing their money mindedness rather an actual empathy toward the parent.
