Visited this clinic during an emergency and I'm so grateful for the quick response. The doctor handled my pet with care and confidence. One of the most reliable pet clinics in Jaipur.
Great experience at this clinic! The doctor was professional, polite, and clearly knew his work. He explained everything patiently and thoroughly. His army background gave me even more confidence and trust. Highly recommended!
Extremely Disappointing Experience I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this veterinary hospital. I took my pet there in a stable, walking condition, but after the treatment provided, my pet collapsed right outside the clinic. What was most alarming was the lack of immediate access to emergency medical equipment, valuable time was lost while the staff tried to arrange basic support. There was heavy emphasis on conducting multiple tests, yet the reports showed significant discrepancies when compared with results from an external, reliable lab within just a few days. Along with this came an unexpectedly hefty bill, which only added to the distress during an already emotional time. Despite all the explanations filled with complex medical terminology, the end result was devastating, I lost my beloved pet. The only response from the hospital was a brief “sorry for your loss,” which felt inadequate given the situation. The setup may look professional, but my experience raises serious concerns about the quality of care and preparedness for emergencies. I regret taking my pet here. Answer to you explanations:- Your explanation is unacceptable and only exposes the poor standards of care you follow. As a pet parent, I had no control or choice over the tests or medications, you prescribed everything. If you were unsure, incompetent, or not confident about the diagnosis or treatment, you had a professional duty to refuse the consultation, not gamble with a life. You performed a full chest scan and still proceeded with medications that my pet could not survive. She walked into your clinic alive, breathing, and conscious, and collapsed right outside your premises after your treatment. I couldn’t even step away from your clinic. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. What is disturbing is your refusal to take ownership. A veterinarian who cannot stand by their own diagnosis and medication has no right to practice medicine. This was not an unavoidable complication this was negligence, poor judgment, and complete lack of emergency preparedness. You didn’t just fail as doctors—you failed as caregivers. Your treatment didn’t save a life; it ended one. Accept responsibility instead of hiding behind excuses. This level of veterinary service is dangerous, unethical, and should be called out so no other pet parent has to experience this loss.
Our dog Danny went through the most terrifying and unexpected medical emergency of his life, and in those darkest hours, the entire team at Aniheal Clinical Centre became nothing short of a *Blessing* for us. From the very first moment, Major (Dr.) Qureshi listened to us with incredible patience, despite the odd hour and the urgency of the situation. He didn’t rush, didn’t assume — he carefully conducted every test needed: X-ray, ultrasound, blood work — and ultimately diagnosed the problem with clarity and confidence when we were completely lost and scared. A very special mention and heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Poonam, who performed Danny’s surgery. Her knowledge, steady hands, and calm assurance gave us strength when we had none left. She is not just a doctor — she is truly a motherly figure for the animals she treats and a constant guide for every pet parent who walks through those doors. You can feel the compassion in the way she talks, works, and cares. To every single person in the Aniheal team — from the doctors to the support staff to the reception desk — thank you! The way you took care of Danny in his most difficult time, as if he was your own baby, is something we can never forget. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals gave our Danny another chance at life. At a moment when we had lost all hope, you brought Danny back to us. Love from Danny and warm regards from Sahas'
I've taken my pet to every possible animal hospital in Jaipur, consulted with doctors ranging from affordable to expensive ones, and explored both private and government facilities. I've tried the best medicines (expensive ones), as well as ayurvedic and homeopathic treatments, and even home remedies. Nothing seemed to work. But a big thank you to the doctors at Aniheal - my baby is recovered now
