Very good place...for dogs acceccries and medicine

These Wow guys drive us crazy, they charge separately for notes in dog's haircut even though notes are included in the hair cut. Rather these people charge 100 rupees for one note even though the notes are just cut. These people drive us crazy.

Produced are very costly compared to other shops like in chhavni area.. Also the groomer is not good at doing the job and claiming high money.. If you want a pet to groom better get it done in front of you.. They just don't give baths to pets just spray water and show that grooming is done.. Unprofessional guys..

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bow Wow’s Annapurna location, where the grooming for my pet Daisy has always been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience at the Vijay Nagar branch was far from satisfactory. The trainer here was extremely arrogant and rude—he refused to let me stay and watch the grooming process, and even asked me to leave the room. When I got Daisy back, I was shocked to see that her haircut was uneven and poorly done. Worse, there were several small cuts on her body, which is absolutely unacceptable. Bow Wow as a franchise is great, but I strongly advise avoiding the Vijay Nagar location. If you care about your pet’s comfort and safety, stick to their other branches—especially the Annapurna one, where they truly know how to handle pets with care and professionalism.

I’ve taken my pet to this place multiple times before, but my most recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. On a previous visit, when I took the ₹1800 full grooming and shaping package in the absence of the owner, the groomer charged me ₹1800 but clearly did not maintain proper hygiene. Their equipment was not clean, and as a result, my pet caught a serious infection that took weeks to recover from. This was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable. Pet hygiene and safety should be non-negotiable, and this experience already made me cautious about returning. Unfortunately, my latest visit was even worse. I brought my pet in just for a bath, which was initially charged at ₹600, and I waited there during the process. While blow-drying, my pet became slightly aggressive around the face area and bit the blow dryer nozzle. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, the staff member forcefully pulled the nozzle out of my pet’s mouth, which caused a cut on his face and active bleeding. After injuring my pet, he simply said he “cannot do it” and stopped. To make matters worse, they then charged me an extra ₹200 for “dead coat”, which was never mentioned beforehand, and they didn’t even comb him. I ended up taking my pet home wet, injured, and unfinished, after paying extra for a service that wasn’t properly provided. What’s frustrating is that aggressiveness was never an issue when I previously took the ₹1800 package, which makes it feel like pets are treated differently depending on how much you’re paying rather than based on proper handling standards. Overall, this place shows poor hygiene, unprofessional handling, lack of transparency in pricing, and little accountability when something goes wrong. I would strongly advise other pet owners to think twice before trusting them with their pets’ safety.
