My 2 months old puppy couldn’t stop vomiting. When there was no ray of hope at this late night, the clinic gave us the Light. We called the doctor at around 2:00 AM and he was available, said “ don’t worry i am there coming to the clinic if needed ” this clinic is 24/7 available for our furry friends.

Worst clinic ever. They don't value the feeling of pet parrents they treat our babies as they are not that important even after paying bills! Don't take your babies here they can't complain, can't speek and this doctors and their staff take advantage of this.

I have visited this clinic twice, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Dr. Vaishali is the most unprofessional and insensitive doctor I’ve ever met. She lacks empathy towards both pets and their owners, is rude in her approach, and does not take the time to explain the issues properly. While the clinic looks well-made from the outside, the focus seems to be more on selling unnecessary medicines than on genuine care. Profit clearly appears to be the main motive. Another concern is hygiene and safety. There are stray dogs sitting inside the clinic—while I personally don’t mind strays, it is unsafe to have them around pets without proper treatment, as they could carry diseases. If the clinic chooses to welcome strays, then they should also take responsibility to treat them. On top of that, I even have a video showing ticks and insects crawling on the floor, which is extremely unhygienic (though I’m unable to upload it here). As a pet parent who truly cares for their pet, I strongly feel this clinic is not worth trusting. I would not recommend bringing your pets here.

First of all, thank you for your immediate and concerned response earlier. My pet was in critical condition, but the doctor and staff wasted precious time in discussions and maintained a very casual attitude. Instead of providing urgent treatment, they seemed busy with formalities like fees and paperwork while my pet lay on the table helpless and in severe pain. Within just 6 hours, I lost my pet due to the lack of emergency care. I will never suggest Myra to anyone. Even when I requested Dr. Chouhan to come and check my pet, he arrived with a very casual attitude and without empathy. I never expected this level of insensitivity. These speechless creatures cannot express their pain, and as doctors, they should understand this responsibility. Very disappointed. There is nothing more left to say.
