We travelled all the way from Mhow to Indore to get our bunnies nail’s trimmed. I even called the store twice. Once an hour before leaving, and again 20 minutes before reaching to confirm if they could trim our rabbit’s nails. We’re new pet parents and didn’t want to risk doing it ourselves, so we wanted professional help. The shopkeeper clearly told us to come by 8 PM. We reached at 7:50 PM. And what happened? The moment we walked in, he casually said the ‘guy’ had already gone home. No apology, no concern.. just kept chatting with his friend on the phone while we stood there holding our 2 month-old bunnies after a 1.5 hour trip. When I confronted him about making us travel for nothing, he started making excuses instead of owning up. Honestly, this is peak unprofessionalism. Never going back, and I’d advise other pet parents to think twice before wasting their time here.

This Pet parlor is an excellent place for pets, today we went for the spa of our fur baby The groomer Sonu seemed really confident in his work which he certainly was and was really careful while handling my baby. He did an excellent job. This is going to be my go to pet grooming place in Indore now! I recommend it to all the pet parents who love their furry babiws, I can vouch it to be a Number 1 pet friendly parlor.

I took my kitten here for grooming today and had a great experience. The staff handled him patiently, especially during the more difficult parts like detangling and blow-drying. My kitten came back clean, soft, and smelling fresh — and honestly looking like a tiny velvety prince! I also appreciate that they didn’t shave unnecessarily and focused only on what needed attention. I’ll definitely be coming back for monthly maintenance.
