We have been taking are pet Dog to JustDogs Saket, Indore branch for almost 2 years now. The previous staff was very cooperative, but the current staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time we take an appointment, the staff double-book with other dogs and then make customers wait for more than 2 hours. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am highly disappointed with the service and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience at Just Dogs. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about pets. The grooming service was excellent, very clean and well-done. They also offered a great discount which was a nice bonus. Highly satisfied and will definitely visit again.
