I would like to appreciate the staff — they were polite, cooperative, and handled my dog with care. Their behavior was good and reassuring. However, my experience with the doctor was very disappointing. He was extremely rude and insensitive. Instead of calmly explaining the health condition of my old dog, he made very blunt and negative statements like “the dog can die anytime,” without proper explanation or empathy. When pet parents bring their senior pets, they are already emotionally concerned. A doctor is expected to communicate professionally, respectfully, and with compassion, which was completely missing here.

Recently, my family and I moved to Ujjain, and soon after, my 2.5-year-old Beagle started falling very sick. It began with an eye infection followed by continuous fever. We were extremely worried, so we consulted Dr. Satish Sir, who immediately began her treatment. Her eyes recovered quickly, but the fever just wouldn’t go away, no matter what we tried. Dr. Satish Sir then recommended a few tests, and the reports showed an infection in her stomach. He treated that too, and she felt better for a while — but again, her condition worsened. After further examination, the doctor advised that the problem might be related to her uterus and suggested surgery. We trusted his advice completely and today, our paw-baby is absolutely healthy and happy.💃 What I truly appreciate is how kind, patient, and dedicated . He listens carefully, understands your concerns, answers every question, and is always available — whether by call or WhatsApp, even late at night.
