Sravan and his team are through professionals and very friendly with our pet TITO ..though it's a stort stay TITO loved the stay .I kept my pet at the boarding for one and a half days and had a good experience. K9 Sentinel was perfect for our dog, Elsa, especially since this was her very first time at a boarding facility. My family and I were probably more anxious than she was, and being away from her was tough. The 24/7 supervision by their wonderful staff gave us so much peace of mind. We loved that they let her stay where she was most comfortable, whether that was indoor or enjoying playtime outside. It was a huge relief that we could call for updates and ask for pictures and videos any time we wanted, and they happily answered every request. Since it was her first time, the staff made sure to give her the space and time she needed to adjust, and she warmed up to them very well and fast! The entire place was freaking clean, and we were glad to know they provided proper, nutritious food. Thank you, Mr. Sravan and the entire staff, for taking the absolute best care of Elsa.
