Dr Shireen is an expert in treating cats, which is very rare to find in Hyderabad. My cat was diagnosed with FIP, and Dr Shireen handled the case with great expertise and care. I know Dr Shireen Uzma my Shireen mam from last 3 and a half years. She iwas and s the angel for my feline fur girls. I had 2 feline girls Beauty and Sweety who got sick in 2022 and Shireen mam only detect their viral infections where in other hospital it was not detected. If Shireen mam would not be there it might not possible to diagnose their actual problem. After diagnosis she did all possible things for their recovery. But viral infections are very rare to be recovered. After a lot of struggle we had to decide to euthanize my elder daughter Beauty. At that time also she was there for me to give me mental support and counselled ne a lot even after having a so busy schedule. After Beauty when Sweety got sick then also I got tremendous support from her. She used to attend my calls whenever I needed, even at late night like 1-2 a.m. and used to give instructions through video call even. But fatr a lot of struggle Sweety also had to leave me. Now last year my beloved daughter Beauty Sweety came back to me and mam is still with me and my babies. She takes care of everything of my babies. She is just an fantastic person as well as an efficient and hard working doctor for all fur babies. She is the angel for me and my babies. I recommend her for every fur babies. I’ve seen some negative opinions, but one thing I’ve learned through my journey is that healing takes time. In emergency situations, no doctor can guarantee instant results. We must learn to manage our emotions and trust the process — because this team truly gives their all. We rushed our dog Murphy (10 years old, 6.7 kg Shih Tzu) to Pets Care Superspeciality Pet Hospital, Jubilee Hills as an emergency. He was severely dehydrated, had stopped eating solids for 2 days, had fever, and was extremely low and inactive. Billing details: 1. Haematology – Complete Blood Count (CBC): (₹950) 2. Liver Function Test (LFT): (₹1,150) 3. Kidney Function Test (KFT): (₹1,100) 4. Serum Electrolytes Test:(₹1,200) 5. Emergency Consultation Fee (8 PM – 8 AM): (₹1,000) 6. Intravenous (IV) Fluid Therapy Setup – Cannula & Drip Pump: (₹1500) 7. Vetalgin Injection (3.3 ml):(₹232.50) 8. Ceftriaxone Injection (562.5 mg)(₹150) 9. Ethamo Injection (2 ml): (₹173.10) 10. Pantoprazole Injection (40 mg): (₹206.50) 11. Tribivet Injection (100 ml): (₹300) 12. Glucose Test:(₹250) 13. Vet Pro Gastro Gravy (140 gm):(₹99) Billing Summary: Subtotal:(₹8,311.10) Discount Applied (10%): (₹831.11) Final Amount Paid: Rupees Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Nine and Ninety-Nine Paise Only (₹7,479.99) The hospital took him in immediately, which we genuinely appreciate in an emergency situation. We didn't get to meet the main doc, entire procedure was handled by clinician Venkat Yadav. He was put on a cannula, given IV fluids, around 6 injections, and underwent 5 different tests. While I understand emergencies need quick action, it felt overwhelming for a small dog with fever and dehydration to be subjected to so many injections and tests in a short span. The initial bill came to ₹8,311, and we were informed by the receptionist that this was just one course and that we should be prepared for an approximate ₹30,000 expense for the next course duration. Since this was a sudden overnight emergency and we clearly mentioned we were not financially prepared, the bill was reduced by 10%, bringing it down to ₹7,479. While the discount was appreciated, the overall billing approach felt very heavy for pet parents already under stress. We were asked to come back the next day. However, we took Murphy to TVCC Rajendra Nagar, where he was advised just two tablets. Thankfully, Murphy recovered well after that, and we are extremely relieved and happy to see him back to normal. Final thoughts: This hospital is definitely an option if you are in a life-threatening emergency, as they are quick and well-equipped. However, be mentally and financially prepared, as the treatment approach can feel aggressive and expensive. For ongoing care and non-critical follow-ups, TVCC Rajendra Nagar is a great alternative—open 9 AM to 12 PM, all days of the year, with a team of wonderful doctors who handle cases professionally and practically. As pet parents, emergencies are already emotionally draining. Transparent communication, proportional treatment, and sensitive billing would make a huge difference. This Hospital is like Care Hospital of Dogs..

In a critical situation when a puppy had a bone stuck in its throat, they acted swiftly and with great expertise.
