Bow boww to meow meow

He is a CHEATER ! This person took my puddle puppy in the name of agreement of 23 k ,as we are shifting to abroad . And still 3 weeks no response ,blocked my calls and what’s app ,I was fine first speaking please give .He is a big cheater ,he sold the dog told all lies and refused to pay back me also. If he says he give money later leave off he is a cheater . BEWARE OF THIS SHOP .

We bought sitzu puppy on 4/2/25. On the day when we see the puppy at there Gachibouli branch it was very active. We paid 20,000 for it and we went to do sum personal work to Market. Mr Aman said us to collect the puppy from there another store kukatpally and he will explain all about the puppy there. After 3 hours we went to kuckatpally store for collecting our puppy and we purchase some food and other things from there. our mistake was we didn't observe and collect our puppy. When we met Mr Aman there he told us that all puppy's wich we sell hear are healthy and in good condition. If any problem occur you can contact me directly i will response you immediately. We went to our town with puppy late night. The next day morning we observe the puppy and get to know that the puppy was having some infection on it's tail . Immediately we tried to talk with mr Aman but he doesn't response the call. We send him some pictures of puppy with infected tail. Then he replied us don't worry about that every thing will be ok in few days. After 3 days today we took the puppy for check up In hospital and there we came to know that this is very old infection that puppy is having due to lack of care and hygiene. We called him from the hospital but there was no response from his side.

This is the worst service I have ever faced. Spoilt the entire haircut of my shih-tzu dog. I never suggest this pet shop to any one. If possible I ll attach photographs. Please do watch your puppy while in service never go away from it. They will spoil your puppy for sure. But my money was refunded from manager.

The guy who sells cats and dogs in the top floor is pathetic, he doesnt have the basic etiquette on how to talk to a customer. Get a life uncle, learn to do business.

My Honest Experience with Bow Boww to Meow Meow Pet Shop I want to share my personal experience so that other pet parents are aware before purchasing a puppy from this shop. Initially, I bought a puppy from another pet store. Later, I wanted to exchange that puppy, but that shop refused. That is when Bow Boww to Meow Meow contacted us and assured us that they would take the puppy in exchange and provide a better one at a cheaper price. Trusting their words, we even went with the police and filed a complaint against the first shop. After that, we got our refund and decided to buy a puppy from Bow Boww to Meow Meow. Unfortunately, the puppy we purchased from them died within just one day. This was extremely painful and disappointing for us. Honestly, the puppy from the first shop was much healthier and better. I personally feel misled by the promises made by Bow Boww to Meow Meow. I strongly suggest other pet parents to be very careful before trusting this shop. This is only my personal experience, but it was a very bad one.
