This place is very good to buy pets and pet accessories. I was recommended by one of my friends to buy a pet from here. I had informed them 2 days before that I wanted to purchase a beagle. They could arrange it in 2 days. I bought the puppy to home. It is healthy and fine. They have a team of 4-5 people and a proper setup for vaccination, bathing, training etc. They helped me by guiding me wherever required. They made sure to explain everything in depth so that proper care is taken by us. I love the puppy and their service. I recommend everyone to give it a try. They have all kinds and breeds of pets and their accessories.

Worst experience ever. I had asked them to give my labrador a bath, nail trimming, ear cleaning and paws cleaning done, they completely shaved my dog. I never wanted to shave my dog and was completely against it. But they did that to my pet. I would never recommend the grooming services here to anyone. No pet parent should go through this. They didn’t even clean the ears properly. I would give 0 star rating but that isn’t an option. Please never go to this shop ever.
