*1/5 Stars - Worst Pet Grooming Experience Ever!* I'm writing this review to warn other pet owners about the horrific experience I had with SS Pet Store at Suncity. I took my cat for a simple hair trim and nail trim, but what followed was a nightmare. The groomer was extremely rough, and the trimming was uneven and incomplete. He left some areas untouched, and my cat ended up with a messy, patchy haircut. The groomer didn't even bother to trim the face hair or the area near the tail, which was the whole point of taking my cat for grooming. What was more disturbing was the way the groomer handled my cat. He was holding my cat's skin tightly, causing her immense pain and distress. My cat was making noise in pain, and I could see the fear in her eyes. The groomer was so careless that he even gave my cat cuts on her nipples, which was absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the groomer stopped mid-way through the trimming process to attend a phone call that lasted for 15 minutes, leaving my cat unattended and anxious. The grooming area was also poorly equipped, and I could sense the lack of professionalism. The worst part was the groomer's attitude. He was shouting at my cat, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. I was appalled by the way he treated my pet, and I couldn't believe the level of carelessness and negligence. I had initially planned to also get a bath service for my cat, but after witnessing the groomer's behavior, I decided to skip it. I'm glad I did, as I shudder to think what might have happened if my cat had to endure more of his "care." I strongly advise other pet owners to avoid SS Pet Store at Suncity at all costs. The lack of professionalism, carelessness, and negligence displayed by the groomer is unacceptable, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience as me. *DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.*

Allhumdulillah good service is provided. And they have a lot of pet stock & products available. Plus grooming facilities are available. Worth 👍🏻
